How to Play
- Each participant must perform as many push-ups as possible within the duration announced by the organizer.
- Participants begin in a proper push-up position, with their hands placed on the ground and their bodies aligned.
- For each repetition, the participant lowers their body and then pushes back up to the starting position.
- Only repetitions performed with the required form and full movement will be counted.
- The organizer or designated judge will count the valid repetitions and reject incomplete or improperly performed push-ups.
- All participants must follow the same timing and technique requirements.
Winning Criteria
- The participant who completes the highest number of valid push-ups within the time limit wins.
- Incorrect repetitions will not be counted.
- If two participants complete the same number of valid push-ups, the organizer may conduct a tie-breaker round.
Safety Rules
- Participants must stop if they experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
- Proper form is more important than speed.
Follow any additional instructions announced by the event organizers before play begins.
